  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed preferred
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon minced ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce gluten-free if desired
  • 1 teaspoon organic coconut sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon roasted white sesame seeds
  1. Combine and whisk all ingredient together in a mixing bowl or a large measuring cup. It can be used on a salad right away. Refrigerate the left over dressing in a jar and cover with lid. It can be refrigerated up to 3 weeks.
