  • 2/3 cup Kalamata Olives pitted and halved

  • 2/3 cup Feta Cheese crumbled

  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

  • 3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced or pressed

  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar granulated

  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
