The vendor convinced me to try it, saying it would be perfect for a savory dish. I decided to give it a shot and created this Spiced Jackfruit Delight, which quickly became a staple in my kitchen. Spiced Jackfruit Delight is a great way to introduce jackfruit to those who haven’t tried it yet, and its rich, aromatic flavors make it irresistible.

The process of making Spiced Jackfruit Delight is as enjoyable as the dish itself. Handling the jackfruit can be a bit tricky due to its sticky sap, but greasing my hands with vegetable oil makes it manageable.   • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • salt to taste

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala
